Hisense, can do better

Bought a fridge from homecorp last year and reported a problem with it just the day after,

After sending someone to my house and giving me flappy excuses regarding the overheating of this fridge there has been no developments and no calls,

Would you prefer doing something about it before people get hurt and property gets damaged because of your faulty product or shoeone refer to consumer protection to resolve this matter?
