Hisense

I would never buy anything from this company again... I brought a washing machine from takelot through this company. And when I got it, it was working smoothly for 3 months, and then it just broke. I called their helpdesk. After I called them, the consultant I spoke with was so damn rood, asking me what I did to their product, I felt hopeless. I called back again and the person I spoke to, didn't actually want to help, but logged a ticket. One guy came and did an analysis on the machine and said wel they gave you an old machine with a new body, because the drum was worn out, and mind you I bought it from takelot, they fixed it eventually, and it took them three weeks. And two weeks after that, which is today. The machine just died, and the warrantee is for 5 years. I really hope Hisense would remove themselves from South Africa. Coz they are a disgrace.
