Hisense - Be Very Careful when buying one of their TVs.

<p>I bought 32" Hisense TV from Game and to register the Guarantee I had to look at the back, so I did. The problem is that on turning it over I lightly touched the Screen and it cracked; I mean <strong>lightly</strong> touched it.</p> <p>I subsequently spoke to a TV Technician and he said that it should not have broken and that the screen or the installation at the factory was faulty.</p> <p>Game said that the factory would not replace it so I contacted Hisense and they refused to replace it, they wanyed me to take it back to Game for repair but I would have to pay.</p> <p>Be careful folks, don't even touch your screen with Kid Gloves because Hisense will say that it is YOUR fault.</p> <p>No thanks to Game who did not even do me the courtesy of a phone call to Hisense, to see if they could help.</p> <p>In my opinion, this is pure dishonesty and utter disregard for both Hisense and Game customers.</p> <p>As a pensioner, there is no way that I can buy another TV nor can I afford to drive back and forth from Kleinmond to Somerset Mall, so, thank you Game and Hisense.</p>
