Hisense bad service/NO AFTER SALE SERVICE

I am now giving up with Hisense. I bought a Hisense-900mm 5 Burner Gas/Electric Stove-Stainless Steel during December 2020 from Takealot. Though the warranty had expired, we just requested that they supply us with a thermostat as the oven was not getting warm. Obviously, we to pay for the courier and the part. Well, they promised that I will have it during August this year. Still no thermostat to date (10 October 24). Never had I come across such bad service.
