Hisense bad service

Hisense has very poor service and ther staff lies about their technicians reports i had the guys to check out my fridge thriugh game store they guy cane checked out my fridge a hisense fridge that i bought from game the guy told me all the faults thats wrong on the fridge.... He said to me that he will write a report out to hisnese and hisnese wull send the report to game the wonen theb phoned me ami explained to her my situation she said t8 well then i had to choose properly where i buy what does that got to do with the fridge where i buy it who doesn't buy appliances from game she was very arrogant on the phone aswel she said that game can't take my fridge back and the technician said he couldnt find anything wrong with the fridge which was lies.... I then immediately contacted the guy that came out and he said to me the women at hisense is telling lies he semt out a report regarding all the faults.... Unprofessional service from hisense i think its probably the store manager im not sure but i won't ever buy. Hisense product ever again theu sell faulty things then they don't want to exchange or replace It
