Hisense bad service

If i could give 0 stars I would. Bought a Hisense washing machine December 2024 and end of October 2025 it sopped working giving an e1 error. I reported this November 2025 and did not have the receipt on hand. Emailed them all the details a week ago and still have not heard or seen of them. Have to say that if it had to be a Defy or Samsung appliance they would've came within 2 days of reporting. Hisense's customer service is like their appliances, non working. I would definitely never buy an appliciance of Hisense again.
