Hisense bad service

My Hisense TV's remote does not work anymore and would like to BUY a new one fron Hisense. I phoned their support centre 3 weeks ago, was finally able to speak to a lady that promised me she will come back to me. She never did. I tried to follow up on the request but after several attemps I can't even get through to the call centre.
