Hisense Bad Service

On 26 January 2023 I bought a Hisense Dishwasher, in June/July 2023 we notice small rust spots on the racks in October 2023 we reported it to Hisense as it was getting very bad. We start getting answers of no stock of the racks and eventually Hisense let us know that the racks are not covered in the warranty. The dishwasher is now in such a state that is impossible to use it. I ask for new racks to buy but to date they can not supply it. Follow up to Hisense does not help they don't answer
