Hisense - bad choice for a fridge

About a year ago I bought a Hisense fridge because the Kelvinator fridge that we had for a number of years. I should have just bought the same brand. I guess its true what they say about trusting brands. We bought a red Hisense fridge and after a few months I notice that the shelves started cracking. Also the clip of the freezer was not closing properly. I stopped using the freezer. After a number of emails/conversations/complaints and a lot of frustrations the supplier fixed the parts that did not function as they should. Today, even though I did not use the frreezer that than to juice small juices foir my son and to make ice cubes the clip is broken again. The cracks are also on the shelves because its plastic - However I did not store any heavy goods on it because I only notice the poor quality of the shelves when I started using it. I would like the supplier to send me a quotation to fix these parts of the fridge so that customers can see how much it will cost them to repair a fridge that is just over a year. A fridge that I paid R3400 - this is a warning to all customers not to purchase this fridge from Hisense. Its made of poor quality !
