Hisense Bad After Sale Service

Hisense do not have a good Customer Policy nor service - we had a bad experience with the new Hisense Washing machine that we bought in May 2021 - and it still has a warranty on it - the wheel inside the machine broke and since May 2021 we have been trying to get this fixed they just don't come to the party to get our washing machine fixed - this is the most frustrating situation - you have a new machine but it does not work and they cannot fix it - why then sell them on Takealot. If we can just get the wheel then this machine can be fixed.
