Hisense back up call Ghost Busters they have a better chance of getting it fixed!
Warning to all that buy a Hisense Double door fridge. First the door bottle shelf made out of cheap perspex cracked so now its a white duck taped covered bottle shelf. We ordered a new one : didn't expect it under guarantee and were quite willing to pay for a new one. I rang Hisense and they gave me the part number and I relayed it to our retail shop that sold us the fridge: months went buy. Now shelf then they sent was the wrong shelf and 10 months later we still have a duct taped shelf! Then a shelf in the freezer exploded into tiny little shards off glass! This I haven't ordered yet but replaced it with a ceramic tile. I forgot to say the day we got the fridge we found broken plastic in the deepfreeze section and found one of the drawer runners had been broken again cheap perspex plastic so I took the drawer back to the retailer and the rep from Hisense was there and he replaced the drawer with one from their demo fridge in the sales floor. so to cut a long story short don't buy a Hisense double door fridge if you do don't call Hisense call Ghost Busters they have a better chance of helping you than Hisense . And lastly I wonder if anyone from Hisense actually reads these complaints as this is the second time I have posted the problems! Again South Africans are being exploited by cheap products! We have a Samsung fridge as well 8 years old and not one shelf drawer or anything has given us a problem. We first looked at an AEG fridge but the sales man indicated that the Hisense was locally made so spares were easier to attain. The fact that the fridge is still in production in South Africa this guals me they put turnover and profit over back up!
