Hisense - are they still in business?

A unit was purchased via Take a lot in Aug 2023, on the 3 March 2025 we logged a call and the technician came out to attend to the machine, when we tried to use it in April the machine was only rinsing and not washing the items inside, Since 1 April 2025 i have tried all the numbers you can think off to try and get a technician out to assist , no answer from any number?? Are they still in business?? How do you get hold of them - After service is truly poor...... Warranty expires in Aug 2025.
