Hisense are THEIVES AND ****S

If I could give this company a minus 1000 I would. I ordered 2 dishwasher racks 3 weeks ago and paid in full To date i have not received my package. After sending over 40 emails and probably 100 calls, facebook direct messages i still have got no idea where my order or my money is. The excuses are poor and pathetic. I get promises that a team leader will call me back or a manager, i am still waiting for that call. Received a waybill number on 06 September 2023, but to my surprise or not when calling the courier company, they have not received the package. upon calling Hisense again they still cant give my an answer. I do not know which avenue to take now as I have exhausted every possible one.
