Hisense are relay bad serves

very bad serves all time i order a thermostat from Hisense thy send me a secondhand one bad condition i call and i send email with pic of the thermostat i call over 35 time i send 10 emails and no one to give me feedback at all I order on 26july i received on 3aug i start calling them since and no replay no feedback
