Hisense appalling item and service!

I bought a Hisense TV on Takealot less than 2 years ago. Last month the TV suddenly stopped working. Called Hisense as the TV is still under warranty and requested help. Did not know my problems with them would start! They said a technician would come to assess the unit. Waited a whole week without word from them or the technician. Had to call daily until some technician finally called and said they would come the day after. They obviously did not arrive on the day they said they would but on the 2nd day. Unit got assessed and said need LED whatever lights they will be ordered from JHB then once they arrive they will come fix it I must wait 14 working day. I waited on day 15 I called as they were completely mute about the update. Only then did the call center agent say they cannot fix it so they will refund me but it’s a process. So of course I said tell me what to do and I did everything then they said their finance dept will give approval. I waited a week for that approval then had started calling daily again and every day every person I talked to a different consultant who said they had escalated the issue and we should wait for pick-up of the unit in order to get the refund. October began and I called again for follow up of when the unit is being picked up. Finally on the 17th someone called and said the unit has been booked for pick-up for the 18th. No one arrived to fetch it! I called yesterday-21/10 and still the consultants keep blaming another department for no pick-up and no transfer so I can speak to someone who will give me a way forward. Called again today-22/10 and spoke to Caroline who has been extensively rude with assisting and has come with absolutely no solution to my issue.

Well over a month of calling Hisense and sitting with a TV that is not working!! Absolutely appalled by the call center service and service generally. How can a tv be faulty in less than 2 years?? A TV still well within warranty and now I have to suffer to get it fixed or get a refund!!
