Hisense and Makro ****mers

Bought a dishwasher at Makro with extended 4 year warranty. Racks got rusted after less than 2 years and Hisense just says it is not covered, but i was not given any documentation to verify this at time of purchase of unit, and extended warranty. Neither Makro or Hisense is willing to help. Letter from Makro stated that all Warranty conditions are in the Manual, but this is not the case. Never buy a Hisense appliance ever. It is **** quality. It does not last. They are not willing to engage via phone at all to resolve the issue.
