Hisense and Hifi Corpoation

Bought new tv end of October from Hifi Corp menlyn. Unboxed it yesterday and tv started giving issues a day later. Did a software update (automatically) and since the tv did not want to switch on. Kept on rebooting Took it back in (which was a mission in itself given the size) where I received terrible service and rude staff. They even give you broken pens to fill in forms and when i asked for another, the staff is extremely rude

Also Now I’ve been told it will take 21 days to assess?? Then the next step will be advised. For a tv that worked less than 8hours? No technically trained staff onsite - i am 99% sure it requires a hard reset that’s required and no one can even do that? Very disappointed in Hisense and HiFi corporation
