Hisense after sales is the worst

Worst after sales ever from everything I have bought in my whole life. Bought a dishwasher and it broke 3 months in....They do not respond to emails, been cut off twice at customer service. Have to dial again and wait ages in line. No help. Technicians came eventually and could not repair the device and are still waiting for a part which was NOT the problem in the first place. Now again no response from any of them. Rather buy a Samsung again. Lasted 8 years. Wish I could give Hisense zero stars!
