Hisense after sales is a joke

Hisense customer service is the worst!!! My TV stopped working in December and on the 29th I went to Hifi corporation to report it as it is still under warranty, I was told to wait for the technicians to call me till todate I have not received any communication from Hisense.

I have been calling the joke of a “head office” that don’t have any sense of urgency to your query, they just tell you that the technician will be in touch. I am so disgusted with Hisense I don’t even have words to explain
