Hisense 75 U8H - Warranty and aftermarket sales, an absolute lie ( 48 month Warranty)

03/06/2025 - *** 17/06/2025 - *** - reopened case 30/06/2025 - *** - Reopened Case Television Model - Hisense U8H 75 Inch, Cost R36000

As per the cases above, my television would start getting hazy, lines appear on the screen, grey screen at the beginning. After doing 8 software resets on my side since February 2025, I decided to call Hisense.

First ticket, they replaced the motherboard at my premises. Problem got worse on the very same evening. Ticket reopened. Hisense then collects my TV, only to do what i had already done, a softeare reset after 7 days of testing.

TV gets delivered, and again, same day, does the same thing except that sound crackles, screen goes green / grey, youtube and netflix randomely appears on the same screen. I call Hisense again, they come collect. This is where the fun starts.

Team leader named Thuli at the Customer Complainta division ( Who answers the call as if she had just woken up), absolutely rude lady that needs to be disciplined. Calls are recorded, Hisense needs to hear the calls. Hisense could not pick up the issue, today being the 14th of July, still no television, Hisense says thet did a software reset because they cannot find the issue. Note I have video proof, picture proof ALL WITH DATE STAMPS.

Thuli who calls the senior technition and myself has the nerve to tell me that nothing is wrong with my TV, it will be returned, and Hisense will not look into it.

Note, this after me showing her proof via whatsapp as to whats wrong with the TV.

Hisense gives you a 48 month warranty as a sale gimmick. They do not know how to sort problems out if they occur, the staff at senior level that I have spoken to are absolultly rude. I have a telkom bill which proves 231 minutes called to Hisense because noone returns calls all the way up to most seniour people. Managers are never available to speak to distrought clients. R36000 down the drain. Note this is a premium television, not entry level.

People should honestly be very careful of this brand, the aftermarket service, and warranty

Good day Hisense team.

TV was infact deliivered on 14 July 2025. That evening, the television started making a crackling noise that went away after a while. Today, the tv is doing the same thing it use to do with the green blocks and distorted sound, I have sent a new video to *** with date stamp to show that the TV a day later is still damaged.

I have bought another television so you guys can do what you do best, spend another 7 days doing a software reset.

I am honestly tired of this unit

The VOC department has done nothing to help me to date. They have been nothing but rude, arrogant and unreachable.

So I do not expect anything to change. These posts should become more public so people can see what service is been given to the public by Hisense.

Hi

The calls were not declined.

2 calls at 15:08
1 call at 15:09
2 calls at 15:10
2 calls at 15:11
1 call at 15:12

Thats a total 8 calls in 4 minutes.

If i am in a meeting, driving, or simply did not hear my phone ring in that time, its not me declining that call. Get your facts straight.

I returned the call at 15:16. Do not try to get away with making false accusations. The call log is here and im glad this post is getting traction. People need to know what you guys are like from a after sales support standard.

Please let me know who I can email my call log to with a letter from my service provider confirming these times and dates.
