Hisense

I am not happy with Hisense. I have a simple complaint about the remote control of a 32 inch TV that I bought June 2020. The exit and back buttons are not functioning at all. This query was initially raised by my wife on 17 June 2021. After 2 emails sent by me, the email was just passed on to a Lucia person, but no call or response from the Hisense team. I will keep this in mind when thinking about buying an item from Hisense in future. If they take so long to respond what's the use of bragging about a 4yr warrantee. Adnaan Mahara
