Hisense

I bought a Hisense washing machine and it broke, Hisense send their technician as requested by Fair price. Now Hisense says they can't fix my machine as it's inflisted with cocroches but I've read all manuals books and slip from Fair price and nothing was written under warranty indicating this. And we called Hisense and we are told it's written online. This is nonsense from both Hisense and Fair price.
