Hisense 65” tv

Hi. I bought a massive 65” tv and have been dealing with connectivity issues since I got it. First service I logged the guys came out. Did some setting changes. And left. The tv worked for one day. The next service, No one came. They called me on Tuesday. Said they would bring a new mother board on Saturday, But no one came. Tv is still not working. Really not what I expected when I bought a 65” tv. Really ****ty tv and service.
