Hisense

I bought a 18kg Hisense washing machine through game and the warrantee is still going. The machine broke down 5 weeks ago. Now after numerous calls and a lot of promises of callbacks and going to arrange the time to come and fix it. They did not call back so I called them Again 2 times. I am on the phone with them now and they still putting me on hold. every person I spoke to in the last 5 weeks has been lying. Not one would tell me a truth. The managers refuse to speak on the phones, all they do is leave it in all the lying staff. I believe they have been told and train to keep lying to the customers. I suggest to all potential buyers of ANY Hisense products to not buy. It will breakdown and you WILL receive NO backup.
