Hisense 50" Smart UHD TV - DSTV-NOW APP NOT WORKING

TV REPAIR *** TICKET 319883 The HISENSE technician have replace the main board of the TV with a previous used unit. When we start up the TV after the replacement of the main board the DSTVNOW APP was still programed with the previous owners DSTV account email and password The technician had to restore to factory settings to remove these settings to be able to put my DSTVNOW email and password in on the fitted second hand used main board on the TV The DSTVNOW on this main board is only play some cannels and not all on my DSTV profile, it is a in app problem on your DSTVNOW app on the main board If I use my TV BOX with the HDMI cable on this TV with the same DSTVNOW email and password everything work 100% HISENSE MUST PLEASE STOP MAKING SMART TV,S
