Hisense - 2 year old TV repaired with a knock off led screen

I Purchased a 55" Hisense OLED tv 2 years ago, the TV packed up recently, it was sent into the Hisense Service Centre and repaired after 2 weeks.

The problem is the LEDs were replaced with what looks like a very cheap knockoff... the colours are very yellow and there is white light being emitted from the sides of the TV, from behind the screen.

I have now been trying to contact hisense for a week to rectify the issue and they do not answer calls or call back, and they do not respond to emails.

A very frustrating experience, and its sad how a reputable company can use knock off replacement parts.
