Hisense 13kg top loader titiam

Hisense service for appliances is very poor I will rate them a 0 out of 10, I complained about my washing 23 December.2022 not washing and spinning so I contacted Games where I purchase the top loader and was told they ar closed for holidays I understood when they opened on 3 January the techinan came out on 8 January 2023 to check my machine and told me they ar going. to order parts.i phoned hisense on 10 January an was told parts at ordered , I phoned again 11 January an was told parts on in it's way to head office , phone again 13 January an was told they stil waiting for parts, I was told parts coming from Joburg I said it don't take so long to arrive, the agent told me definitely my machine wil be sorted out my this week , I phoned again on 16 January cause I'm so frustrated cause a machine is a every day essential for washing clothes I'm washing by hand and bending down an washing in our bathroom now I'm suffering with my back an was told 16 January 2023 stil waiting for parts to arrive that to me is bull**** every time I phone same story.They rather refund my money back cause my machine is stil under grantee I bought machine on 28 July 2020 , I can not washing anymore by hand , service is perthatic ..I wil not advice any one to buy Hisense products and again rating URL 0 out of 10
