Hisense 10kg Inverter waching machine only ERRORS

I bought a 10kg Inverter washing machine. Less than 6months and I only get errors. Either not letting water in or not draining. Do you know how difficult it is to drain that thing there under at the floor?? and YES it is perfectly balanced!!! I complained on their website to no avail. Hisense is now making their machines locally...what did I expect!!
