Hisense 10kg frontloader washing machine useless.

Hisense 10kg Frontloader washing machine. This machine has been fixed 4 times in 1 year. In reference to Job number *** A technician came on 14 August to write a motivation that there is nothing else to repair on this machine, yet it is still giving the same errors as before. On 17 August another technician came for a second opinion. He opened my kitchen tap and decided that we have a water pressure problem and there is nothing else they can do. I don't know how he can assess water pressure by merely opening a tap. NONE of the other appliances such as my dishwasher and daughters washing machine is giving water pressure issues. The error code F01 also only occurs when there is 13 min left and just the spin cycle is left, surely water pressure should give and error while washing and rinsing which it doesn't. Sta soft is not released fully , stays in the tray with the water that is supposed to rinse it into the machine. I am not going to leave at this, I want Hisense to refund me as this in not fair to the consumer.
