Hisense 10kg Frontloader is bad news so as their technician

I bought a 10kg frontLoader Hisense washing machine that started giving me problems I made it known it to the shop i bought it. It has been giving me problems for the past year. They have fixed it sevaral times it still does not work .The last technician who came to fix it was very rude and he had the guts to tell me you are too many and maybe you do a lot of laundry so u cannot take good care of your machine. He told me put heavy things in the machine. I have worked in a laundry for over 3 yrs i know how to uze one. He shouted at me that my own 16year old daughter asked me why he was. I told him the machine was leacking he says no sign of leakage. My machine is not working. I tried using it again after he left it is still leaking and not washing. I paid 6000 cash for it. Atleast for something i paid money for i have a right to enjoy. That machine gives me error codes and these guys seem not to care. After paying for a machine i still have to hire someone to come and do handwash . That 10kg hisense Frontloader is bed news. I am also angry with the way their technician treated me. What happened to respect? How do i keep complaing for the money i have worked for. Atleast after a technician they must send a supervisor to come and double check . 3 times they tell me its fine and i have still had the same problem. I am tired of being on one place with my laundry. I do not know if i have a right to sue them since i told the technician its leaking and he insisted its not. Now i am stuck with a weeks laundry and must hire sm1 again.
