Hisens up to ****

I have been waiting for hisens for more than a week to get back to me my fridge stopped working and it's with in 2 months of purchase so they are suppose to replace it but they haven't even phoned me or send a technician out to come and Chek mean while all my stuff has gone rotten and I'm losing a lot of money due to this problem I would not recommend any one to ever purchase a fridge from hisens it's a pain full and long process to go through because they don't have a proper costumer service and do not care for their clients loss or damages and they you phone them and end up wasting your are time because they put you on hold all the time and are not willing to let you speak to a supervisor.
