Hisens phone

Good day i both a hisens u40 sins i both the phone i hade problems whith it it is the second time i gave the phone back to pep store i dont get any feedback from hisens or pep i am very disappointed in hisens phone it is now 6 week i dont hear anything from now one do any one know wher i can report them pleas
