Hisence Fridge

K bought a fridge at OK furniture in 2022 and it started giving me problems in July this year. They have been sending different technicians to fix it with no luck. They have replaced some parts and re gas it but it still doesn't work. It's been 2 months now I am really frustrated now. We have to ask our neighbors to store meat for us and to make things worse i am still paying for the fridge. I called hisence call center on Thursday and I was told they will have to get approval to refund OK furniture and it will be done within 24 hours. I need a new fridge Hisence.
