Hisence dishwashers

Please don't even purchase any hisence dishwasher.

This has been an absolute nightmare! I bought a Hisense dishwasher thinking I was investing in quality,, the racks have rusted away. I’ve been waiting since April for replacements, and now they have the audacity to tell me that I won’t get new racks until 29 December! Which is indirectly saying only next year. That’s nearly an entire year without proper use of my dishwasher. How is this even acceptable? The level of incompetence and lack of care from Hisense is beyond shocking. I feel utterly let down by what I thought was a reputable brand. Never again!"
