Hisence dishwasher

I purchased a hiscense 13 place dishwasher, in less then 2 years both the racks started to rust so badly that i could not use the dishwasher. Hisence warranty doesn't cover the racks. Unfortunately I have to order new racks from hisence costing about R2000.i have emailed hisence to order the racks, since June there is no stock available . The next batch is only expected to arrive in September. This is really the worse customer service from hiscence. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing the dishwashers.
