the terrible and worst service I've ever received in my life. Bought one of their Tv at Makro Crown mines in December and 3 months down the line the tv stopped working given different types of excuses then I was told I need to book the tv myself as if I did not pay...then received the worst service ever ...its now 2 months and till today I'm being taken for a ride hisence is just not keeping up to their promise to refund or repair the tv
