Highly Disipointed in Hisense

Ive booked log a warranty ticket for my faulty 65" tv on 18 July and i received a ticket number.

On 28 July LR Tv Repairs (PTY) LTD Collected my tv and they guy contacted me the following week saying they couldnt fix my tv and he will take it to a store near to me for a credit refund. Im phoning Hisense daily asking where my tv is and everyday they have a new story for the past 3 weeks.

I am VERY and HIGHLY disipointed in the customer service ive received from Hisense.

Im sitting without a tv for more than a month and all they give me is stories.
