HIDDEN WARRANTY RULES

I bought a washing machine in 2022 and I was told it has four years guarantee but the machine is giving me problems and I went in store to ask that a technician is sent. The makro staff were friendly and tried to assist but when they called hisense to send someone out they refused. Apparently the store was supposed to tell me four years ago to register online for the fourth year warranty to be added and no one told me anything back then.
