Hicence taking long to fix my fridge

I bought a hicence fridge at House and home 2 years back if not 3. I like to match my appliances so even my machine is Hisence. I am very disappointed because now the fridge has not been working and I contacted house and home and they said Hisence is going to send me a technician but that one did not come. I called again last week and was promised that they will send a technician again nothing. Not even an sms to say my call has been lodged. I called again yesterday they said Hisence is requesting them to re send it again. But still until today I have not received any feedback. It has been a half a month without a fridge. Not to mention the things I had to throw away because they were rotten. I regret using Hisence products. I would not advice any one to buy it because when it has a problem. You are on your own.
