Hi sesne/Hi-fi corp Klerksdorp

Bought a TV at Hi Fi Corp in Klerksdorp. As I do not know a lot of TV's and what the best and not. <br> So they told me Hi sense is the best in my Price Class of R8000-R10000 and they give the best warranty and service.<br> So last week Friday I reported my broken TV, Its been almost a week now , so I phoned Marius at Hi Fi Corp Klerksdorp and ask what now..... He then told me that Hi sense is load shedding, (there is no load shedding according to His sense) he then told me that there after sales service is bad and they always struggle with them so then I ask what must happen now... He told me he don't know and that's it...<br> So now I have a broken tv with a 3 year warranty but no one can help me not even Hi Sense because Hi Fi Corp must log the claim, and Hi Sense Tel numbers on their website does not work.<br> Hi-Sense or Hi Fi Corp???
