Hi sense "smart"TV... not so smart
We purchased a "smart"Hisense TV. We paid extra for a "smart"TV... Well this TV is NOT smart at all, it cannot handle netflix or Showmax, and I have contacted Hi sense, but to date, no response

Sorry that there is no response as yet, Please be aware that on our website and in-store reps know which products are compatible and which are not. Sorry that this has not been informed to you upon purchase. You can take it up with the store that sold it to you as we have a few model numbers that are not showmax and netflix compatible. However due to the TV being able to do some smart functions, this is still considered a smart TV
