Hi- Sense Poor Customer Service

I bought a Hi-Sense laser TV at HI-Fi Corporation two weeks ago and I was informed that the delivery will be made a technician who will do the installation. I have since been waiting for a delivery and installation to date. Regardless of numerous telephone calls I've made to follow up on my order, I have not received any assistance. Hi- Sense must keep it's house in order and provide good customer service. The treatment I'm experiencing right now is very poor and unproseffional.
