Hi Sense is a big No No!!!

Top Loader that cost Thousands of Rands broken. The Drum fell in. When the washing machine was just standing. I'm a single professional Lady. I had an LG front loader prior to Hi Sense, it's still working after decades!!! Hi Sense why? 18KG for R9000 No!!!!!
