HI SENSE ,INCREDIBLE CONNECTION SOUTHGATE

bought a 49 inch hi sense from incredible connection southgate ,tv was fine until it started having lines on it ,took it back ,they saying there is no damage and that it is in mint condition ,when the hisense techs come they say i cracked the tv which isnt true ,so now they say i must pay R5800.00 for the repairs ,best part is i paid R3999.00 for this tv ,so they insist i have to pay the repairs for something i didnt do ,WOW so looks like these people are in the business of robbing people or selling us broken stuff
