Hi, I bought a TV from Hisense 2 years ago, lately it has been giving me issues where the screen just goes black and there is no picture. I lodged a complaint and Hisense got their technician to pick it up and repair it. The TV played perfectly for a week and went blank again... The technician has came to my house 4 times already to fix it, not to mention the long periods I sit without a TV waiting for it to be fixed and returned. At this present moment my TV has been with them for 2 months now, still no word from them and whenever I call the call centre I either keep holding on or they promise to call me back. I would honestly not recommend Hisense to anyone, their customer service is pathetic!
