Hesense Netflix fals advertising

My mom got a Hisense TV which was not the mosy cheapest TV in the store. To come and up date the firmware and find out that the Netflix do's not work on the TV. It's all over the box and the remote but the TV say "Netflix" do's not work in your area. I live in South Africa really Hesense
