Happy Customer

I bought a Hisense microwave from HIFI-corp in July 2023 which l only started using in October 2023. The microwave was still under a 24 month warranty. It randomly stopped warming up my food. Frustrated as l was, l reached out to Hisense via their customer care number and they managed to assist me. It took about 2-3 days to process the claim, then l received my Brand new Hisense microwave in a BOX!!. Since then, l went on to even buy a Fridge from Hisense as well.
