H15dss dishwasher

I bought a Hisense H15dss dishwasher, the machine door keeps hooking on the base when it's opened. The dishwasher only has 3 functions, which you can't do preferred selection e.g. wash only/ rinse only/ dry. And whenever you empty the machine you still have to wipe the dishes as they are still wet. The most disturbing thing is the door, and being able to choose a function as you require.
