H13DESS Dishwasher Rusted Racks

I have been struggling for months to get a quote for new racks for my dishwasher H13DESS Dishwasher which i purchased in 2021. The racks are rusted and I cant use it at all, its been standing for 3 years now. I see a lot of people are having the same problem with this model. If Hisense knows this way are they not recalling these models.
