Great TV, but Terrible Remote Ruins the Experience

I recently bought the Hisense 40A4Q, and while the TV itself works perfectly fine — good picture quality and performance — the remote control is extremely disappointing. It often does the complete opposite of what I press, making simple things like changing the volume or input a real struggle. I’ve owned higher-end Hisense TVs before and had great experiences, but this budget model’s remote is a major letdown. It’s frustrating because the TV becomes almost unusable when the remote doesn’t respond properly. I expected better quality control from Hisense, even for their budget range. Hopefully, they can improve the remote or offer replacements that actually work properly.
